Update your MAC address
To update your MAC address please send us an email or give us a call at 888-360-WISP. Be sure to tell us when you will begin using the new device with the different MAC address.
Getting a new PC or router? What you need to tell us
If you are changing the device that is plugged in your 360 Communications, LLC wall jack, you will need to give us the MAC address of the new device. For example, if your computer is plugged directly into your 360 Communications, LLC wall jack and you are replacing that computer, you will need to give us the MAC address of your new computer before you begin using it. Also, if your computer was plugged directly into your 360 Communications, LLC wall jack and you are now going to have a router plugged into your 360 Communications, LLC wall jack you will need to give us the MAC address of the router.
When you call us, you will also need to let us know what date you will be changing to your new MAC address. If you need help on finding your MAC address, learn how to find it here or we would be glad to help you.
